These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ac65 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ac65 website located at https://ac65.app, including all associated services, games, promotions, and features made available through the Platform.

By accessing ac65, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotion, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the ac65 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and ac65. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and other documents published on ac65, these Terms shall take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise.

ac65 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Use of the ac65 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. ac65 is strictly an adult platform. Use by persons under the age of 18 is absolutely prohibited.
• You are accessing ac65 voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party or registering an account for use by any other person.
• You are not a professional player, agent, or affiliate acting in a commercial capacity without the prior written consent of ac65.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from ac65 or had an account closed by ac65 for Terms violations.
• You are not an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of ac65 or any of its associated game providers.

ac65 employs automated age-screening processes during the registration flow and may conduct additional checks at any point during a player's account lifetime. Players found to have provided false age or identity information at registration will be permanently banned and may be reported to relevant authorities.

To access the full range of ac65 services — including placing bets, making deposits, claiming bonuses, and withdrawing winnings — you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full name, date of birth, and a valid contact method (mobile number or email address).

One Account Per Player

Each player may hold only one registered account on ac65. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different contact details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of these Terms. ac65 employs device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and payment method matching to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be closed and balances forfeited without notice.

Account Security

You must not share your account details with any other person or allow any third party to access your account. ac65 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

Account Verification (KYC)

ac65 may at any time request that a player complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) by submitting supporting documentation. This may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, or confirmation of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified by ac65 may result in temporary account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is satisfactorily completed.

All financial transactions on ac65 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). ac65 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Tap, and SureCash. Bank transfers to BRAC Bank, City Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank are also supported for withdrawals subject to additional processing time.

Deposits

• The minimum deposit on ac65 is ৳200.
• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to your ac65 wallet within seconds of confirmation.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Depositing on behalf of another person or using a payment method belonging to a third party is strictly prohibited.
• ac65 does not charge a fee for processing deposits, though your mobile banking provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes during normal operating hours.
• Bank transfers are processed within one Bangladesh Standard Time (BST) business day.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your ac65 account. ac65 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• ac65 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals or withdrawals above a defined threshold.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to the applicable wagering requirements set out in Section 5.

ac65 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer, in addition to the general rules set out in this section.

Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds and free spin winnings credited to your ac65 account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual offer terms. Unless otherwise specified, the standard wagering requirement on ac65 bonus funds is 30x the bonus amount. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus would require ৳30,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.

Bonus Eligibility and Restrictions

ac65 offers a diverse game library spanning live casino, online slots, sports betting, crash games, and keno. Each game category operates under its own specific rules, which are displayed within the game interface or in the game provider's published documentation. Players are encouraged to review these rules before wagering real money.

Certified Random Number Generation

Winnings generated as a result of a manifest error in odds or game configuration are not valid and will not be paid out.

As a registered player on ac65, you agree to use the Platform in good faith and in compliance with these Terms at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Fraudulent activity: Providing false personal information, using stolen payment credentials, engaging in chargebacks, or otherwise attempting to defraud ac65 or other players.
• Multi-accounting: Registering or maintaining more than one player account on ac65, whether in your own name or under an alias.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through systematic betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, including but not limited to arbitrage betting across accounts or using automated software to place bets.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or promotional event hosted on ac65.
• Use of automated tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any other automated system to interact with ac65 games or the Platform without the express written consent of ac65.
• Money laundering: Using ac65 as a vehicle for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity. ac65 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and is required by applicable regulations to report suspicious financial activity.
• Unauthorised access: Attempting to access areas of the Platform that you are not authorised to access, or attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise compromise the security of ac65's systems.

ac65 employs a dedicated Trust & Safety team that monitors account activity, transaction patterns, and gameplay data on an ongoing basis. Where suspicious activity is identified, ac65 may place a temporary hold on a player's withdrawal pending investigation. ac65 will communicate the reason for any hold to the affected player in a timely manner, subject to any applicable legal restrictions on disclosure.

Either you or ac65 may close your player account at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section.

Voluntary Closure by Player

If you wish to close your ac65 account voluntarily, please contact our support team via the in-account live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Before your account is closed, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed to your registered payment method, subject to the standard verification requirements. Bonus funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure. Deposited funds that have not been used in wagering will be returned in full.

Closure for Responsible Gaming

Players who feel that gambling is becoming a problem are encouraged to use ac65's self-exclusion feature, which can be activated directly from the responsible gaming section of your account settings. Closure by ac65

ac65 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Detection of duplicate accounts associated with the same player.
• Sustained inactivity — accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be closed after reasonable notice to the registered contact details.

Where an account is closed by ac65 due to a confirmed Terms violation, any funds held in the account (including deposits, winnings, and bonuses) may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for administrative reasons not related to player misconduct, deposited funds will be returned to the player's registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if it has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more. ac65 will make reasonable attempts to contact the account holder at their registered contact details before classifying an account as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly administration fee of ৳200 or the remaining balance, whichever is lower, until the balance reaches zero or the player reactivates the account. Governing Language and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are published in English. In the event of a dispute between you and ac65 regarding the interpretation or application of these Terms, the English-language version shall be the authoritative text. If you have a complaint about any aspect of your ac65 experience, please contact our support team in the first instance. ac65 commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 48 hours and resolving them within 14 business days where possible.
